GENERAL PROVISIONS

Final Sale Tickets: I Agree that there are no refunds on any tickets purchases made once the payment has been made unless the event is canceled by the event host.

Photo and Media Release: I grant permission to Jessica Diana, Ernesto and La Frecuencia Collective to take photographs and videos of me during the event. I authorize the use of these images and videos for promotional purposes on social media, websites, and other marketing materials.

General Liability Waiver: I acknowledge and agree to assume all risks of participation in the Sacred Waters event. I release and hold harmless the event organizers, Jessica and Ernesto, La Frecuencia Collective, and any associated parties from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from unforeseen incidents or situations not covered in the specific waivers above.
